EVALUATION
Our approach to evaluation is bespoke to the needs of each project and the clients we work with. Often we recommend a mixed method approach that can showcase both the broad impact of programmes as well as individual, personal stories.
Through sensitive and effective facilitation, our facilitators and surveyors foster open and honest environments, actively listen, and build non-judgemental spaces. We can also work with your staff and volunteers to train them to deliver evaluation activities.
We also provide more traditional surveying approaches for clients who prefer this methodology.
ENGAGEMENT
We can be the liaison between key stakeholders and the client through designing and delivering presentations, group workshops, events and/or exhibitions to advance discussions, build consensus and support community and stakeholder involvement during your project or research.

CO-CREATION APPROACHES
Growing understanding and development of Co-Creation approaches in public and community engagement
We know that co-creation means different things to different people in different settings. The first thing we do is ensure we have an agreed definition of co-creation (or co-production). Next, we provide support in the development of your approach to and/or understanding of public/community engagement. This can be via bespoke consultation or 'off the shelf' training.
We can work alongside you to develop your approach to co-creation.
Gain advice and guidance on facilitating effective and relevant programme delivery or service design.
Alternatively, we can support you with our pool of facilitators to deliver your programme.
